This Policy Brief is based on a detailed high resolution spatial mapping of climate risk and vulnerability for the Zambezi River Basin (ZRB). It is the first of four, focusing specifically on Basin-wide policy and institutional responses to the risks posed by climate change, and the need to start planning now.
